Are you experiencing dry, flaking, or tight skin? Or perhaps you feel like fine lines and wrinkles are becoming more noticeable? It’s no surprise your skin changes as the years add up, but there are things you can do to help get a more youthful look which includes using hydrating therapy as part of your skin care routine.
I tried my new hydrating mask for the first time, and I love it! I can totally tell a difference in the way my skin looks and feels. Dry skin is tight, more dull, flaky, and fine lines and wrinkles are more noticeable. (Sorry, but it’s true.)
Hydrated skin is just the opposite! My skin feel softer, looks brighter, is more supple, and younger looking because the fine lines and wrinkles are more diminished. Hydrated skin is more plump, giving you a more youthful look and better makeup application. (BONUS!)
Hydrating your skin is one of the best things you can do to keep it healthy and youthful. And, a hydrating mask is a simple way you can incorporate hydration therapy into your skin care routine.
So, what is a hydrating mask? A hydrating mask is a face mask that you apply all over your face to help leave your skin smooth, radiant, and soft. The particular mask I use is packed with hydrolyzed milk protein that aids in delivering smoother-looking skin. By letting the mask set on your skin for only ten minutes, your skin will respond by soaking in the treatment, which will leave your skin glowing. And, using a hydrating mask is super easy!
How to Use a Hydrating Mask
- Cleanse your skin.
- Use your fingertips or a mask applicator to apply a thin layer of the hydrating mask all over your face, avoiding
the eye area.
- Allow mask to activate on your face for 10 minutes (mask will dry slightly).
- Using warm water and a washcloth, remove mask completely. No need to press hard, it comes off easily!
- Follow with your normal moisturizing beauty routine.
